Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim has granted an interview with Sunday Scoop in which she revealed that some wedding photos showing her allegedly getting married to rapper Iceberg Slim was a scam.

Ibrahim who didn’t deny that she was head-over-heels in love with Nigerian rapper, Iceberg Slim noted that when the time is right, the two will ‘settle down’ and the public will know.

The internet was awash some days ago with fake wedding photos of Iceberg and Ibrahim reportedly tying the knot. But, the duo came out to discredit the photos calling it fake.

They had said,

“We will like to inform the general public that we are not married yet. When we decide to go down that path together, we will certainly be the ones to let the world, our friends, family, supporters and fans know. The image circulating isn’t a court wedding photograph. It is a leaked behind-the-scenes image which was taken during a photo-shoot for a new project, which we will soon unveil to the world. God bless everyone for the love and well wishes. I love you all.”

In a chat with Sunday Scoop, Ibrahim maintained that she hadn’t gotten married to Iceberg. She said,

“I did not get married and like I explained, that picture was taken on the set of a project we’re working on. I don’t know who leaked it. If we want to do something like that; trust me, we wouldn’t hide it.”

On whether they do have plans to get married anytime soon, Juliet said,

“I really don’t want to say anything further about this. If I want to take any major decision, I will surely let my loved ones know about it.”
