I was brainwashed — Man apologizes for supporting Peter Obi
A former Peter Obi supporter has apologized to the Yorubas for showing his support for the ‘wrong candidate’ of the seat of the Nigerian president.
As the LP’ Peter Obi lost to APC’s Bola Asked Tinubu for the seat of the presidency, a supposed supporter of the former cried out in apology to the latter.
The ex-Peter Obi supporter and comedian, Sola Kafinta took to social media to tender an apology to the president-elect, Bola Tinubu and his tribespeople, the Yorubas
According to Sola, who campaigned for Obi in Ilorin, the reason he supported Obi was because he was brainwashed and he ws not in control of his decision but he now regrets his actions.
In a video he shared on social media, the skit maker claimed that his eyes are now opened and he apologises passionately, asking his people to forgive him.
He added that if he was not inside a car, he would have knelt down to beg properly.
