Nigerian Police Officer & foreigner engage in war of words in Festac-Town (video)

A dramatic incident has ensued between some police officers and a foreigner.

The incident happened in Festac.

It was gathered that the officers were allegedly trying to extort the woman and her Nigerian counterpart even after they had presented all the required documents.
