Rapper AKA’s girlfriend, Nadia Nakai pours her heart out to him
Nadia Nakel, the supposed lover of deceased rapper, Kiernan Forbes, best known as AKA, has penned down heartfelt tribute to him.
Taking to Instagram a day after his burial in Johannesburg, the girlfriend of the South-American rapper, Nadia mourned him, stating that her life would never be the same again.
She reflected on the love they shared and how they had planned to spend the rest of their lives together, unfortunately, his life was cut short.
At the age of 35, AKA was fatally shot outside a restaurant in Durban, South Africa by an unknown gunman. His former manager, Tebello Motsoane, who was also known as “Tibz,” was also shot and killed on the same day. Both AKA and Tebello were buried on Saturday, February 18.
Nadia, who posted photos and videos showing some of their beautiful moments together, asked God to take away the consuming anguish she feels right now and heal her broken heart.
“My Heart is shattered, this is not what our future was meant to look like. I can’t believe I said my final goodbye to you yesterday. I’ll never see you again for the rest of my lifetime? You loved me loud and proud, thank you baby. Protected me, Prayed for me, inspired me.
“I find it hard to breathe let alone find the words to explain how much I love you. I’m really going to miss all the special moments we’ve had. This really hurts! I can’t come to terms with the fact that I’ll never hear you say you love me, I’ll never hear your laugh. We had plans. There is no pain bigger than the pain of losing you. I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with you, I realise you’re the one who spent the rest of your life with me.
O God, come to my assistance; O Lord hurry to help me. Please take the consuming anguish I feel right now; Take it from me and hold me in your arms. Heal my broken heart and bind my wounds. Amen Psalm 147:3″, She wrote.
